If I had to describe myself, it would be in a word that has many meanings with a complexity which falls off the tongue.
A word made up of many elements, is deceptive in appearance, and creates an illusion from the imagination.
My word would be Phantasmagoric. ~Summer Ross

I Didn't Catch November

November flew past my doorstep like a little robin. I could almost catch the month, but it was gone before I could find my net.

I participated in NaNo, but only managed about 8,000 words between Kayla getting 6th place in her second gymnastic competition, Jasmyne's theatre rehearsal's for school (she will be playing the Hare in Alice in Wonderland rendition), making Christmas orders for impress at officemax, and of course my favorite- Editing upcoming releases for 2013!

If you would like to see and pre-order check out WiDo Publishing's release page at:
http://widopublishing.com/category/pre-release-specials/

WiDo Also has several books on the kindle freebie list- I think today is the last day...

Lighting Candles in the Snow  By Karen Gowen

Heroes of the Fallen  By David West

Just to name a couple.

Don't forget Every Friday I post places to submit on my Facebook Author page:
https://www.facebook.com/AuthorSummerRoss

We just put up our Christmas tree last night- it looks beautiful and I have lots of pictures of the girls goofing off. It seems like the holiday is sneaking up on me fast.

Are you ready for Christmas?
Have you read any of the books on WiDo's sale list?
How goes your writing endeavors?

8000 words is still good. And I have no idea what happened to November.

I wish Alex. 8000 words is good. It's better than nothing.

Hi Summer - you've had lots going on .. so not surprised days passeth rather more quickly than we imagined. Still the girls are enjoy their participative ventures - and that's great for them.

8,000 isn't bad .. and your Christmas tree is up - and you're thinking of Christmas .. not sure what's going on around here ...

Enjoy the girls' end of terms and carol services etc .. relax and have fun sometime - cheers Hilary

You're 8,000 words into a new novel and that's a great starting point! That's what's so great about NaNo; you've got a new novel started no matter how many words you get through in the month. Congrats!

8000 is a pretty good chunk of words. Real life does tend to sneak in. November went by so quickly and now so is December. I'm all ready for Christmas. Shopping is done. Yay!

November was a blur. I'm ready for Christmas - finally - except for the last minute things that always pop up.

I'm still wondering where many months this year went. And 8000 words is better than 0. :)

Forget November, what the heck happened to December!? LOL! I've got the tree up, now I've got to pack. We'll be leaving for about 2 weeks and not sure when I'm going to have time for it all. At least the shopping is all done...mostly. Hope you have a wonderful Christmas and a great new year!
