If I had to describe myself, it would be in a word that has many meanings with a complexity which falls off the tongue.
A word made up of many elements, is deceptive in appearance, and creates an illusion from the imagination.
My word would be Phantasmagoric. ~Summer Ross

Brave- Movie review

I had the pleasure of seeing Brave last weekend, courtesy of my manly man. We took both my girls and so I have short reviews from each of us on the movie.

Manly man rated Brave with 4 stars. Quote: "It didn't have as much action in it as I thought it would from the previews. More lovey dovey mother daughter stuff but it was funny."

Kayla, 8yrs old, rated it with 3 stars. Quote: "Some of it scared me, some made me laugh, some parts made me sad, and some parts were funny."

Jasmyne, 11yrs old, rated it 5 stars. Quote: "The magic was awesome!"

I give the movie 4 stars. I enjoyed the graphics, the Scottish dialogue and references. There was a great deal more humor in it than I expected. I don't usually laugh at movies but this one had me smiling ,giggling, or laughing out loud through out most of the movie. I'd say it's worth taking the family for  a night out.

I've been dying to see this! Especially with the release of my young adult historical fantasy To Ride A Puca. They have a few similarities, though Puca is about ancient Ireland.

I've been hearing really great things about this movie. The previews made it look so good, and I'm glad it's living up to the hype!

Heard it wasn't one of Pixar's best but still good.

It's on my list. I Do look forward to seeing it. I might just have to sneak to the movies while I am still in Florida mode... it's all over Orlando!

I've also heard good things (also, like Alex said, not one of Pixar's best) and have it on my list for when we return from holiday. I like movies like this. Thanks for sharing everyone's view. Great fun to read!
