If I had to describe myself, it would be in a word that has many meanings with a complexity which falls off the tongue.
A word made up of many elements, is deceptive in appearance, and creates an illusion from the imagination.
My word would be Phantasmagoric. ~Summer Ross

WooHoo for swiming!

Fairy friends I have updated my blogfest page and
I have managed to venture out into the sunshine with two wonderful girls and my manly man. It was awesome to watch them play in the water (a bit chilly still) and to sit in the heat instead of in front of my cold computer.

Last week I read:
"Fantasia" by Assia Djebar
six poems by Emily Dickinson
"The Scarlet Letter" by Nathaniel Hawthorne
"Bartleby" and "The piazza" by Herman Melville
"Narrative of the Life of Frederick Douglas" By Frederick Douglas
"The Lone Ranger and Tonto Fist Fight in Heaven" by Sherman Alexie

Interesting books! I just read another novel by Sherman Alexie--The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian.

Glad to hear you got some time to go swimming. :) Great pics!

Goodness, you've had a busy week. I suppose I'm a slow reader. Margo is much quicker.

It's an interesting selection you've been reading.

Glad you had a fun day swimming.

7606 words! Good going.

Even if I tried my darnedest to read that much I couldn't, slow reader. You writer machine. Better still is the time you chiseled out for your family, you know that is the important time, right?

Fairy thoughts, sorry been sick and blogger is not updating my blog everywhere. :(

You and I are on the same wave length. I just got back from the pool and it felt AMAZING. I've been writing like a mad woman lately and just finished my rough draft allowing me to work-out in the water and now finally COMMENT. I've missed it SO MUCH!
