Bless your heart! I hope you're under warranty. Last year, this one had to have the hard drive replaced and thankfully, it was still under warranty. It's expensive!
Hopefully, you'll be back online soon. It's hard to get behind and catch up-it's what I'm trying to do now, lol!
It happens and has to be counted as "one of those days" It is always safe to have a back up by copying all onto a spare hard drive and keeping it away.
