If I had to describe myself, it would be in a word that has many meanings with a complexity which falls off the tongue.
A word made up of many elements, is deceptive in appearance, and creates an illusion from the imagination.
My word would be Phantasmagoric. ~Summer Ross

Random Blogfest Entry

Loralie is hosting a blogfest called the Random blogfest

The rules:
  • Find your favorite random story idea. Find it on your hard drive, find it on a scrap of paper on your desk. Find it on your digital recorder. Wherever.
  • If you don't have such a thing, feel free to create one. Everyone needs a new story idea to whisper in the back of their head when their minds aren't occupied.
  • On February 11, post the document title if there is one, and then the idea. Once sentence or two paragraphs. Up to 500 words (more than that and it surpasses the 'loose idea' stage). You're welcome to post an explanation if you have one, but it's not neccesary.
  • Include your Twitter name either in your reply below or on your own blog if you'd like. I'm @aszreal and on February 11, we'll also do #RANDOMfest blurbs all day long. So you can tweet your shorter random story ideas or titles, or just follow along and see what everyone else has come up with.
  • Go read and comment on everyone else's random ideas the day of the blog fest
So here is my entry short and sweet like:
This is from a note book I keep beside my bed because story ideas always assault me right before I fall to sleep-

"Don't burn the flowers. Don't hurt the flowers" Dally said over and over again to the reflection of the small pale girl with dark eyes in the window. The girl was concentrating on Dally's pink lips and the floating white blossoms.

 Blossoms are people?
Dally- Fairy?
Blossoms turn back to people when they reach water.

LOL OMG this is such a cool blogfest! I love reading people's half-baked ideas (it's all kinds of reassuring that I'm not the only one who does that).

And that's a fascinating idea you've got there! I've always loved those flower fairy pictures, and that idea made me think of them.

Cool idea! Wish I knew about this blogfest early. I have a few ideas I could have posted before I put up my post saying I had no idea what to post. Haha.

I love this - you've got a story idea and notes that go with it. And I love the idea itself...if you ever get back into it, I'd read to see where it went ^_^

Thanks for participating!

That is a very interesting idea. I do like faeries. Not sure where you're going with it but that could become an interesting story. Works well for this blogfest.

Summer, I'm just dropping in to say hi. I'm a fellow Crusader. I might be more of the fairy godmother type than anything else fairy. ; )

Like it! Flowers and fairies are beautiful twins. I'm too late for the blogfest. *sighs*

What a cool entry! Wow, so many possibilities with that one. I really need paper by my bed. I keep getting up to write down my thoughts, which is rather silly.

That was freakin' cryptic! I have no idea where you're going with that, but it seems like...I dunno, Epic-Mythic?
