If I had to describe myself, it would be in a word that has many meanings with a complexity which falls off the tongue.
A word made up of many elements, is deceptive in appearance, and creates an illusion from the imagination.
My word would be Phantasmagoric. ~Summer Ross

Life happens and writing

Hey everyone-

Just a quick note to let you all know I have a ton of homework, sick kids, and the writing Monster has me! I think The monster will give me back by Wednesday- (In the mean time check out new blogfests coming up on my blogfest page)

Right now my fairy muse has me piled up in poetry- I'm not kidding I have completed over ten poems in the last week- and they keep coming for a chapbook I'm working on.
See you Wednesday

That's a lovely poem, Summer. Bow to the monster's demands or else he won't be around when you need him. Good luck!

Gorgeous poem! I loved how it rhymed without sounding forced. I love to write poetry (I try to write a poem everyday) but I can never make it rhyme. I loved this. :D

I must be an earth-bound fairy. Every time I try to fly, I plummet rather quickly to my kitchen. Anyway, I hope the kids get well soon, and also that you are able to avoid the airborne contaminants. Flutter on. Susan

That's so great (except for the sick kids, hope they get better soon!) I can't imagine writing that many poems that quickly!

I'm dropping by from the Crusade. I'm in your group and I wanted to do a feature on each of my group members on the Friday's that don't include a Crusader challenge. Let me know if you're interested, and I'll send some questions your way and let you know when I'll do the feature. You can send me an email at timesaved(at)gmail(dot)com
