I have a truth to give- I am a craft person. A get right down in glue, glitter, cutting, and messy with kids kind of craft person. I happen to enjoy new DIY projects and Since I spoke about steampunk yesterday, today I figured I'd to that inspiration with a short how to make your own Top hat video. Enjoy.
