If I had to describe myself, it would be in a word that has many meanings with a complexity which falls off the tongue.
A word made up of many elements, is deceptive in appearance, and creates an illusion from the imagination.
My word would be Phantasmagoric. ~Summer Ross

8 Sentences from my novel ~ Bloodstone ~

“Ebony?” a soft feminine voice whispered.
All the hairs on Ebony’s arms stood at attention as a cold chill sank into her bones pulling her out of memories. She turned toward the voice and saw nothing, “Wh..who’s there?”
“Don’t be afraid my dear. It’s me, sweetheart, your mother. I had hoped you would find your way to the graveyard.”
Her mind had to be playing tricks on her, or perhaps one of the others was. Ebony turned in a circle, her eyes searched for everyone else.

*oh, chills!
You captured the sweet voice of the mother beautifully: sad but without blame.

That's an attention grabber, now I want to know what's going on.

I stopped by with the A-Z Challenge and this caught my eye since I signed up for Weekend Writing Warriors for the first time yesterday. :)
Looking forward to more visits to learn more about your novel.
