If I had to describe myself, it would be in a word that has many meanings with a complexity which falls off the tongue.
A word made up of many elements, is deceptive in appearance, and creates an illusion from the imagination.
My word would be Phantasmagoric. ~Summer Ross

Crayons and other news

Tell the truth thursday! Question from Red head riter: "If you were a crayon what color would you be?"
I would be Royal Blue. I have three reasons for this  1) I'd very much like to be rich, 2) I already have a Vibrant personality, and 3) Blue is just really pretty...

In other news:
My significant other was laying on the floor by my desk chair and he moved his head over and bonked it on the roller leg.
 "Ow" He says.
Then my 6 year old walks in and notices he has a band aid on his arm.
"Why do you have a band aid on your arm?" She asks.
"Because I have a boo-boo."

Of course my six year old smiles and replies "You still call them Boo Boos?"
He shakes his head yes.
"Wow!"My daughter turns and walks out of the room.

In other blogs:
(Yay links)
1) Really cute story about clouds from Jules called I'll catch you a cloud

2) Ever wonder what the same book looks like somewhere else? Well Lady Tink did some amazing funny research on book covers

3) Don't forget about the Word paint blogfest tomorrow!!

And finally, Whats your color of crayon and why?
Happy writing every one!

Your 6-year-old is that snarky? I'll bet that's a mixed blessing.

My favorite color would change with the moment, or day. Just because I love change and not so much because I'm moody, I stopped being moody when the kids became teens and there was just plain too much moodiness in the house. Today I fancy purple because it's beautiful. I found you through 'The Qwillery' blog.

I like blue too! Maybe not royal, though - more turquoise or sky-blue. :)

Kids are so funny!!!! I love the truth question for today, it's totally fab!!!

My choice of color is orange. I love red and I love yellow, I can never choose so I, years ago, decided to smash them together and make my own color :)

Oh thank you so much for the linkage! My favorite crayon is blue and emerald green. Ooh and purple... I just like crayons.

Oh, goodness. Well, I'm a tad obsessed with green right now (um, not that you would guess LOL!), but it's really not my fav. I would take a light blue, actually, like the sky for my semi-flighty personality! :)

I'm going to be PINK. It's just a lovely color and makes me feel good.

My favorite color has always been blue all my life. You know what they say, great minds think alike. :-)

snarky kids rock!

I've tried, I mean really really tried, to be a different crayon, but I always come out black. I will scribble all over the sky so everyone can see the stars better. I also adore soft pink, lime green, purple and orange but usually only if they are next to black :)

I like your color choice but my burnt orange is still my favorite!
