If I had to describe myself, it would be in a word that has many meanings with a complexity which falls off the tongue.
A word made up of many elements, is deceptive in appearance, and creates an illusion from the imagination.
My word would be Phantasmagoric. ~Summer Ross

Today we will go back to the past, I think I need to buy this series because I miss it very much and grew up watching it. And here it is- Rainbow Bright!

I remember it, but I think I was out of high school by that time.

It's a popular choice today.

Awww, Rainbow Brite!!! This was popular before I was a born and while I was a baby, so I didn't get as into as my sister did. But I did eventually get her Rainbow Brite curtains and bedsheets. Hand-me-downs are part of being the youngest, lol! She also had Rainbow, Starlite and Twink stuffed dolls that eventually ended up in my room. They were so cute!

Rainbow Brite was my daughter's favorite doll. She also loved the Care Bears. Now that I think of it, the running theme seems to be rainbows!

How cool that she rides on a rainbow! I've never seen this show. Must have been way later than my time....

Yay! I also wrote about Rainbow Brite today. :) One of my all-time favorite 80's characters. I just rewatched the movie a couple weeks ago, and it's still great!

Unfortunately the series is not officially licensed to DVD, so any that you do find online are technically "bootlegs" (or DVDs people made by ripping the VHS). Hallmark has been holding the series rights for years and sadly done nothing. At least they released the movie (though that was actually released by Warner Home Video).
