If I had to describe myself, it would be in a word that has many meanings with a complexity which falls off the tongue.
A word made up of many elements, is deceptive in appearance, and creates an illusion from the imagination.
My word would be Phantasmagoric. ~Summer Ross

A-z: "F"

Hello Fairy friends-
I bet you couldn't guess what I would do the "F" day about---

Did you know: (Yes I made these all up by myself)

  •  Dragon flies are put in a fairies' dust bag as a practical joke. Something about a Dragon fly really mucks up the magic inside making it do all sorts of crazy things! "Mischief magic"

  • When a dragon fly gets fairy dust on it, it turns into a Lady frog (anagram)

  • A firefly turns into a fairy as it matures.

  •  and finally if you see a shooting star its because a little curious fairy tried to ride one.

Have you seen any shooting stars lately?

No shooting stars here, just rain and more rain, then a little snow, then rain again. I long for spring and dragonflies. You know what I miss? Fireflies, don't have them over here ;(

Fluttering fairies, female frogs, feisty fireflies, flying famous people (wait, stars..?) I think you've covered everything - yay for F! :)

I really like the "when a dragon fly gets fairy dust on it, it turns into a lady frog." Brilliant! Unfortunately, I haven't seen any shooting stars lately. Perhaps when it is warmer. :)

We don't have fireflies either, at least I've never seen one. Cute post.

I've never seen any shooting stars, sadly enough! That would be freakin adorable though.

I love these! My family and I used to go camping every summer, and we'd see shooting stars pretty often. Those mischievous fairies were joyriding!

Marian Allen- I feel humbled by your question- honestly I have no books out yet, I have only had two publications thus far- neither in the fey world, but I'm working on it. :)

No I have not seen one but the next one I do I'll laugh thinking about your reasoning :) Where can I get some of that "Mischief magic?" That sounds fun too!

Oh, I love this! Wonderul new "facts" about fairies. I've only ever seen two shooting stars, and they happened so fast I forgot to make a wish. Troublesome fairies! Hey I just noticed from your profile that you are in Wyoming! Still there? What town? I'm in LAramie.
